Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1223

This 31 year old patient requested Dr. Parker to improve the contour of her nose. She was bothered by her bony-cartilaginous dorsal hump and width of her nasal bones. She liked her nasal tip and did not want that changed. Dr. Parker subsequently performed a closed rhinoplasty on the patient. He performed a component dorsal hump reduction of both bone and cartilage. He then performed lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof” and narrow the nasal bones. The patient was pleased with how quickly she recovered afterwards. She loves the natural looking improvement in the appearance of her nose.
