Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1323

This 68 year old requested Dr. Parker to make her bulbous nasal tip more refined and narrow the width of her nose. Dr. Parker subsequently performed an open rhinoplasty. At surgery, he conservatively shaved down the patient’s profile, reduced the size of her nasal tip (lateral crura) cartilage as well as put “shaping” sutures in them to create more refinement as well as performed alar base resections to narrow the width of her nose. The patient is very pleased with her natural-looking improved nose.
