Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1373

This 27 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another rhinoplasty patient with concerns about her nose. She asked him to improve her bulbous tip which drooped with smiling and give her a more aquiline profile. Dr Parker subsequently performed an open rhinoplasty doing the following: a component bony-cartilaginous hump reduction, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof, tiplasty to refine her bulbous tip, and resection of the depressor nasi septi muscles to prevent the tip from drooping with smiling.
