Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1399

This 25 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by a friend whose rhinoplasty he performed, requested her nose be made straighter, dorsal hump be reduced as well as her bulbous tip more refined. During the patient’s consultation, Dr. Parker discussed performing and open rhinoplasty, then showed the patient computer images of what her nose should look like after surgery. The patient liked what she saw and asked him to proceed. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty where he did the following: a component bony-cartilaginous hump reduction, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof and help straighten the nose, and a tiplasty to refine her bulbous tip. The patient was pleased with her rapid recovery and loves the natural-looking appearance of her nose.
