Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1411

This 35 year old requested Dr. Parker to reduce her dorsal nasal hump, refine her bulbous nasal tip and give her a stronger chin. Dr. Parker reviewed these concerns with the patient during her initial consultation and discussed an open rhinoplasty as well as chin augmentation to address them. Computer imaging was then used to show the patient what  her nose and chin should look like after surgery. The patient liked this preview of her anticipated results and proceeded with surgery several weeks later. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty where he reduced the patient’s bony cartilaginous hump, performed infractures to narrow the nasal bones, refined the size and shape of her bulbous nasal tip, as well as inserted a #2 extended anatomic chin implant. The patient said her recovery from surgery was rapid and painless. She loves the natural-looking, improved appearance of her nose and chin.
