Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1424

This 57 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested that her high riding nostrils and droopy nasal tip be improved as well as make her nose appear somewhat smaller. She said she is happy with her radix position and chin: she wanted those left alone. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty and did the following: component dorsal hump reduction, lateral osteotomies and infractures, re-position and re-location of the patient’s overprojecting, asymmetric and weak lateral crura with lateral crural strut grafts. The patient was happy with the relative speed and ease of her recovery. She is very pleased with the improved and natural appearance of her nose.
