Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1437

This 17 year old patient requested Dr. Parker to reduce her dorsal hump to improve her profile. She was happy with everything else about her nose. Using intranasal incisions, Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty, lowering the bony cartilaginous hump. He was able to rasp and round the lateral bony edges, avoiding infractures, which would have over-narrowed the patient’s nasal bones. The patient found the recovery quick and easy with little swelling and bruising. She is delighted with the natural appearance of her “new” nose.
