Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1441

This 25 year old was referred to Dr Parker by another patient. She requested improvement in the appearance of her “family’s nose”. Specifically, the patient wanted to improve her profile and large, wide, over projecting nasal tip. She requested Dr Parker be conservative with her profile and tip, however. Dr Parker performed an open rhinoplasty. He reduced the bony cartilaginous hump, performed both medial and lateral osteotomies on the nasal bones, inserted spreader grafts to slightly widen the bones and middle vault, a tiplasty for nasal tip refinement and alar base resections. The patient said she recovered quickly and easily from the surgery. She loves the natural appearance of her nose and feels much more self confident.
