Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1447

This 26 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by her dermatologist. She asked him to reduce her dorsal hump, refine her nasal tip and prevent it from hooking downward when she smiles. Dr Parker performed an open rhinoplasty during which he executed a component dorsal hump reduction of both bone and cartilage, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof”, an open tiplasty to refine the patient’s tip and resected her depressor nasi septi muscles to prevent the tip from hooking downward with smiling. The patient was delighted with the ease of her recovery.  She is very pleased with the natural appearance of her nose (“no one notices”) and feels much more self confident.
