Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1448

This 26 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by her friend, also a rhinoplasty patient of Dr Parker’s. She asked him to reduce her dorsal hump, refine her nasal tip and improve her obstructed breathing on both sides.  During an open rhinoplasty, Dr Parker reduced the bony cartilaginous hump with a “component reduction” of both bone and cartilage, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof”, an open tiplasty to refine the patient’s tip, septal reconstruction with the insertion of spreader grafts to open the patient’s narrow internal valves. The patient recovered quickly afterwards without pain. She loves the natural appearance of her nose and markedly improved breathing.
