Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1451

This 36 year old patient was referred to Dr Parker by an existing rhinoplasty patient. She requested reduction in her dorsal hump, straightening her crooked nose and refining her nasal tip.  At surgery, using an open approach, Dr Parker reduced the bony cartilaginous hump with a “component reduction” of both bone and cartilage, lateral osteotomies to close the “open roof” and help straighten the nose, a tiplasty was performed using lateral crural strut grafts to strengthen and re position her lateral crura into a more favorable position. The patient loves the appearance of her nose and says Dr Parker did a great job. She has since referred several other patients to him.
