Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1453

This 16 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her nose, particularly her profile and dorsal hump. The patient was fine with her nasal tip and wanted that left alone. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty during which he reduced the bony/ cartilaginous hump in component fashion, then performed lateral osteotomies and infractures to close the “open roof.” The patient healed quickly and she is very happy with her “new” natural looking nose.
