Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1454

This 26 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to have her dorsal hump reduced, nasal bones narrowed and nasal tip more refined. Dr. Parker discussed, then subsequently performed an open rhinoplasty to address these concerns. At surgery, a component bony/ cartilaginous hump reduction was performed along with lateral osteotomies and infractures, a tiplasty to refine the nasal tip cartilage along with the insertion of a septal extension graft. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery and loves the natural and much improved appearance of her nose.
