Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1488

This 26 year old patient requested Dr. Parkerimprove her profile by reducing her dorsal hump, refine her bulbous tip which drooped with smiling and narrow her wide alar bases. At surgery, using an open rhinoplasty approach, Dr. Parker performed a component bony/ cartilaginous dorsal hump reduction, refined her nasal tip cartilage including resection of the depressor nasi septi muscles with insertion of a septal cartilage graft, then narrowed her wide alar bases with alar base resections. The patient is very pleased with the natural looking improvement in her nose.
