Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1498

This 26 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her nose. Specifically, she requested her dorsal hump be reduced, nasal tip be more refined, set back slightly and not droop with smiling. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty. During this procedure, he lowered the bony cartilaginous hump with a component reduction, infractures to appropriately narrow the nasal bones, a tiplasty to refine and set back the nasal tip cartilage as well as resect the depressor nasi septi muscles to prevent the tip from drooping with smiling. The patient was pleased with her quick and easy recovery. She is very pleased with the appearance of her nose.
