Abdominoplasty Before & After Case 1338

This 41 year old presented to Dr Parker several years after having undergone a gastric sleeve procedure which resulted in a 90 pound weight loss. He is 5’9″ tall, weighs 207 pounds and said his weight is stable. He requested Dr Parker to improve the appearance of his breasts, abdomen and flanks. Dr Parker performed a breast lift, his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, also known as a Parker Tummy Tuck along with a body lift. Surgeons often refer to this combination of procedures as a circumferential abdominoplasty. The patient said his recovery was easier than he expected, particularly after all of this surgery. He loves the appearance of his torso and is very happy with the trade-off of markedly improved contour versus his surgical scars.
