Abdominoplasty Before & After Case 1540

This 43 year old requested Dr. Parker to improve the contour of his abdomen and flanks after losing 36 pounds through diet and exercise over the last several months. The patient said he works out 6 times per week. Dr. Parker and his Nurse Practitioner, Angela, recommended the patient lose additional weight prior to surgery. Angela placed him on Ozempic and carefully monitored his blood work. He lost an additional 30 pounds over the next 6 months. Dr. Parker subsequently performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, called a Parker Tummy Tuck, along with liposuction of his flanks (removing 1300 cc of fat from each flank). The patient was pleased with the relative ease of his recovery. He has since lost 25 more pounds and now has requested Dr. Parker to perform a body lift.
