This 23 year old requested Dr. Parker improve the contour of his abdomen and flanks following bariatric surgery 4 years ago and subsequent 250 pound weight loss. His weight has been stable for some time now. The patient is 6’4″ tall and weighs 270 pounds. Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, also known as a Parker Tummy Tuck along with liposuction of the patient’s flanks and a body lift.
