Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 638

This 24 year old consulted Dr. Parker about the fullness of his breasts which he noted to occur at puberty. It has persisted since and he feels quite self conscious about it. Dr. Parker told the patient during his consultation that the problem was due to fatty gynecomastia. Surgical correction could be performed with liposuction. At surgery, Dr Parker removed 125 cc of fat from the right breast and 100 cc of fat from the left breast to even out the pre existing asymmetry between the breasts. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery associated with very little pain. He is very pleased with the improved contour of his chest and feels much more self confident.
