Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 650

This 29 year old complained to Dr. Parker that his right nipple/areolar complex was fuller and more puffy than the other side. The patient said he first noticed this during puberty and the issue has persisted ever since. A work up by his pediatrician was negative for any underlying hormonal condition. Dr. Parker told the patient his condition is called gynecomastia and recommended treatment with SAFE liposuction through a tiny incision in the armpit. The procedure was subsequently performed with Dr. Parker removing 100 cc of fat from the right breast with liposuction. The patient recovered quickly afterwards. He is very happy with the markedly improved symmetry between his right and left chest.
