Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 653

This 26 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker’s requested improvement in the appearance of his prominent breasts. He said these developed during puberty and have persisted until the present time. He feels self conscious about removing his shirt in public. After examining the patient, Dr Parker explained his gynecomastia was composed of fatty tissue and this could be corrected with liposuction.
