Gynecomastia Surgery Before & After Case 665

This 40 year old developed enlarged breasts at puberty and had surgery for it at age 20, but saw only minimal improvement with the initial procedure. He requested that Dr. Parker make his chest look masculine again. Dr. Parker removed fatty tissue, breast tissue, and scarring from the prior surgery through a tiny armpit incision. He removed 125 cc of tissue from each breast. The patient recovered quickly without pain after his procedure. He is very happy with the markedly improved appearance of his chest.
