Male Breast Reduction Before & After Case 1010

This 22 year old male requested Dr Parker to improve the hanging skin on his breasts after abdomen. He had undergone a gastric sleeve procedure 5 years earlier and lost 150 pounds. The patient is 5'9" tall, weighs 145 pounds and weight has been stable for some time now. Dr Parker discussed treatment options with the patient and they agreed on the following: an abdominoplasty without rectus abdominus muscle tightening and horizontal excision of his breast and axillary soft tissue along with free nipple grafting to properly re position his areolas. The patient recovered quickly and well. He was very happy with his appearance following this procedure. Unfortunately, because he lives over 2 hours from our office we did not get him back for pictures after his 3 month visit
