This 37 year old asked Dr Parker to help improve the contour and fullness of his breasts. He said his breasts enlarged at puberty and have remained that way ever since. The patient is 5’9″ tall and weighs 175 pounds. After examining the patient, Dr Parker explained that the laxity of his skin would require a breast lift in order to improve their appearance. He explained the scarring associated with this procedure and the patient was fully accepting of it. At surgery, Dr Parker excised excess breast tissue and loose skin. He then transposed the nipple areolar complex on its own nerve and blood supply upwards to its natural position. The patient recovered quickly after surgery and is extremely happy now with the appearance of his chest.
