Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1227

This 40 year old requested Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of his nose. Specifically, he asked Dr. Parker to make his nose straighter, get rid of his "hump" and lift his drooping nasal tip. At surgery, Dr Parker performed an open rhinoplasty, reducing the bony cartilaginous hump, straightening the crooked nose and lifting the tip into a more desirable position with cartilage grafts and sutures.
