Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 158

This 20 year old patient requested improvement in the appearance of his nose. Specifically, he said he was bothered by his dorsal hump and wished to have a straighter profile. Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty which allowed him to remove the patient’s bony and cartilaginous hump, then executed infractures of the nasal bones to appropriately re narrow them. The patient recovered quickly after his procedure and is thrilled with the natural appearance of his nose.
