This 30 year old patient had suffered previous trauma to the nose, which obstructed his breathing. Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty to reduce the prominent profile and a septoplasty to straighten his deviated septum and correct his breathing problems. After surgery, the patient was pleased with the improved appearance of his nose but also his ability to breathe much better.
