Dermabrasion Before & After Case 1421

This 68 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requesting improvement in the appearance of her face and neck, most bothered by the sagging soft tissue in her nasolabial folds, jowls and central neck. She has progressively lost weight over time with diet and exercise from a maximum weight of 215 to 135 pounds now. After Dr. Parker’s examination during her consultation, the patient and Dr. Parker reviewed her goals and evolved the following plan which Dr. Parker carried out in surgery several weeks later. He performed a SMAS face and neck lift, inserted a #3 extended anatomic chin implant and performed a peri-oral dermabrasion to smooth the wrinkles around her mouth. The patient was delighted with her quick recovery after surgery and her appearance, saying she receives many favorable comments from friends and family.
