Dermabrasion Before & After Case 302

This 49 year old presented to Dr. Parker requesting a more long-term solution to the wrinkles around her lips. She had Fraxel laser treatments several years ago which did little to improve the issue. She underwent filler injections several months ago, but these also had little effect. Dr. Parker reviewed all available options with the patient including chemical peel, laser peel, or peri oral dermabrasion. They agreed upon the latter, which was performed by Dr. Parker under local anesthesia. The patient healed within several days. She loves the markedly improved and smooth appearance of her lips.
